I Remember meeting you and your cousin from Canada the summer of freshman year at UConn. As i talked with your cousin, you drew the attention in the room and for great reasons far beyond physical, your sprit is a beam of light. After the itinal introduction of ourselves I found a moment to comment on your nails lol. It wasnt the most flattering but it was honest and that formed a bond that would never be broken! After spending countless hours vibing, sharing music, (YOU put me on to Lauryn Hill unplugged) and completing math homework. Somewhere through the year I found the courage to ask you out to PF chang and our relationship bloomed.

I since have travled the world serving the country as United Marine, and Currently living in Melbourne, Australia. Everyday I'm thankful to have met a wonderful spirit, who set a great representation for thier family. Ma'dre, Pa'dre and Steven

writing this has to be the hardest thing ever , i really never understood why , or how ? why did god have to take such a beautiful soul ? you live through me literally , you send me signs all the time to let me know you’re right beside me the beautiful sunsets , the rain , the sunny days , anytime candy rain comes on i start to sob because mommy always said that was your jamm ! everytime i feel like i wanna give up i get picked up & brought right back on track & i know its you ! mommy & i sit & talk about how you guys were in highschool & how she wishes she called you like she wanted the day before we got the call. i really wish heaven had a phone , & i really wish you could answer to me anytime i pray but i really hope you’re listening always ! our birthdays are coming up , so so soon big virgos :) you just wont be here to celebrate this time 😞 6 years & bruh it feels so unreal still ! come visit me in my dreams , i really need it . until we meet again stephie i love you ❤️

I remember Stephanie in fourth grade. I was a fifth grade teacher at the time at Batchelder School. All three of us fifth grade teachers wanted her in our class the following year, and I was the lucky one. Bright, kind, loving and sweet, Stephanie was a teacher's dream. I am so fortunate to have had the chance to know her and her family. Mr and Mrs Hardawar, I am so very sorry for your loss. Stephanie shined as bright as a diamond. It was a privilege to have known Stephanie. I had the pleasure of being her supervisor at the Department of Children and Families and had the opportunity to spend a significant amount of time with her.
